I am a practicing Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, specialising in Labour Law. Before embarking on a career in law, I gained more than 30 years’ of experience in the business and corporate world, with extensive involvement in the automotive, media and private security industries. 

TRADE UNION EXPERIENCE 

I have consulted for and produced supporting material for a number of trade unions, including the Motor Industry Staff Association (MISA) and MIBCO Bargaining Council. 

WITS LAW CLINIC

I spent a year at Wits Law Clinic (the largest university law clinic in South Africa) where I advised clients and provided legal assistance on labour matters. 

COURSES AND MEMBERSHIPS

• Completed both the L.E.A.D Civil and Divorce Mediation courses
• Member of SASLAW
• Accredited mediator and member of FAMAC, affiliated to NABFAM      

PRO BONO WORK

I assist and advise clients on labour matters at the SASLAW NPC office at the Labour Court in Cape Town.
